Cory Mills | Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Mills is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer for PACEM Solutions International LLC. Since PACEM's inception in 2014, Mr. Mills leadership has provided the baseline for PACEM’s rapid growth and expansion into multiple global markets and locations to include Iraq, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Pakistan, DRC, and Malaysia. Prior to PACEM’s inception, Mr. Mills held multiple Senior and Executive positions with other US defense contract organizations. Mr. Mills honorably served in the United States Army and holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations and Conflict resolution from American Military University.
Bill McGill | Chief Operating Officer
Retiring as a Major after 33 years’ service - 26 of which were served as an operator and officer in the British SAS. Bill subsequently held senior executive positions in a diversity of sectors. His understanding of multi-agency and multi-cultural requirement within high-risk and emerging markets brings extensive knowledge and experience to the PACEM Team. During his military career Bill was awarded the Military Cross for Gallantry in the First Gulf War after spending time as a Prisoner of War in Baghdad. A disabled War Veteran he has a good understanding of Arabic culture and language.
Joseph Schmidtz | Chief Legal Officer
Joseph E. Schmitz currently serves as the PACEM Solutions International Chief Legal Counsel. Previously, Mr. Schmitz served as the fifth Senate-confirmed Inspector General of the Department of Defense from April 2002 to September 2005. As such, he was agency head of the most expansive Inspector General organization in the world, with statutory policy oversight responsibility for roughly 60,000 auditors, investigators, inspectors, law enforcement officers, and oversight professionals throughout the Department of Defense. Mr. Schmitz graduated with distinction from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1978, and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Stanford University in 1986.
Rana Alasadi | Executive Vice President
Mrs. Al Saadi is the Co-founder and Executive Vice President for PACEM Solutions International LLC. As Co-founder, Mrs. Al Saadi has been instrumental in rapid growth and expansion of the PACEM organization. Prior to PACEM’s inception, Mrs. Alsaadi held multiple Senior Executive positions and served with the US Department of State as a Cultural Advisor and the US Department of Defense as an Translator/ Analyst in Iraq. Mrs. Al Saadi holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Baghdad University.
Jeffrey Johnson | Senior Vice President
Mr. Johnson is the Senior Vice President of Operations at PACEM Solutions. With more than 20 years of Global Business Leadership Experience, Jeff is well-versed in the Mission Critical International Business Environment. In his current role, Jeff is responsible for overseeing PACEM Solutions International Operations. Jeff Served with distinction in multiple U.S. Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Commands for more than 10 years. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Jeffrey Dick | Vice President
Vice President of Special Projects and Operations at PACEM Solutions International, is an experienced operator and instructor with over 20 years of experience. Served in the United States Marine Corps special operations as a FAST Company Platoon Sergeant and Team Leader, participating in Operation Restore Hope and Safe Passage. Held collateral billets of Firearms Instructor and Designated Defensive Marksman. Later, as a Police Officer on the Tallmadge Police Department, continued to serve the community, as a Patrol Officer and US Marshal Drug Task Force. Began supporting the Department of State in April of 2005, and has since served in nearly every program capacity, including operational and instructor assignments throughout the world.
